ABOUT CHORD SOLVER

Chord Solver is a simple iOS app that was created with the purpose of helping you spell various chords and scales, by just giving the app one note.

Right now the chords that were picked consist of all of the most common triad and seventh chords, alongside some more complex chords often studied in music school.

The scales consist of all of the most common scales, all of the modes (aside from ionian and aeolian since they are just major and natural minor scales which are already there). Other scales listed include the pentatonic scale, whole-tone scale, and the octatonic (diminished) scale. Finally we have some of the modes that are built off of the melodic minor scale.

It also has the ability to tell you the distance between two notes in the interval section.

Chord Solver is meant to be a simple tool for different skill levels. More chords and scales will be considered based on feedback provided.
